Product Description
Dried mango slices undergo a dehydration process in which the moisture of the fruit is removed. They have a chewy texture and a flavorful sweet taste enhanced by the drying process. They maintain their orange hue however, becomes a darker orange after drying.
Freeze-dried mango slices, are made of 100 % ripe, fresh frozen, aromatic mango chunks. By means of the gentle freeze-drying technology the natural character of the fruit as well as the typical taste, colour, structure and nutritional and physiological values are maintained, without adding any preservatives or colours.
